Our Loft has a minimalist style and it is in a quiet, safe and strategic location, near to San Isidro Financial Center. A few steps from the Aramburu Metropolitan Station. It has a complete private bathroom, kitchenette and work area. You will love its viscoelastic pillows and its mattress, where you will not want to take off, very comfortable for a pleasant rest in the city. It has thermoacoustic windows and blackout curtains. The best thing is that it is close to everything you can imagine!

The neighborhood is quiet, it is one block from the Aramburu Police Department. Located very close to San Isidro and Miraflores districts. A few steps from Aramburu Metropolitano Station. The loft is around 45 minutes from the airport, (depend on your arrival time).
What makes this property unique
It is unique for these reasons:
--> Strategic location. You can move with the "Metropolitano" bus, through the main districts of the city. You can go everywhere saving time and money. It's a few blocks from supermarkets (Metro, Plaza Vea, Tottus), shopping centers (Ripley, Falabella), grocery stores (Tambo, Listo), drugstores (Inkafarma, Mifarma), restaurants, parks (El Olivar, Bustamante) these two are perfect for a family/friends walk. You can take the free electric bus and go to different points of San Isidro district, the bus station is one block away. You have everything nearby and without spending so much money on mobility.
--> Safety. The Loft is located inside a multi-family building guarded 24 hours by security personnel. There are two Police Departments near the loft so you can walk safely 24 hours. Police patrols transit frequently.

The bed has a very comfortable mattress so that all our guests have a maximum sensation of relaxation. Also it has viscoelastic pillows, semi-black out curtains and thermo-acoustic windows. We are located on a street and not on an avenue, this is a great advantage since we offer incomparable serenity at night, without the sound of cars, Lima traffic, etc.; that could disturb your sleep.
