Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- No sleep over guests more than the number of guests in booking. - Quiet time is 10pm - 8am, visitors need to be out of the house by that time.
- No smoking, smoke in designated areas only (outdoor) - No pet without owner's approval.
If one of the above rules was violated, a refundable deposit will not be made. More penalty or charge may be applied.
