Nestled in the heart of West Greeley, this home offers large rooms with an open kitchen / living area that walks out to a private deck upstairs as well as a nice yard and patio downstairs. It is close to restaurants shopping and easy to get to most major roadways. It is newly renovated with attention to detail. The upper master bedroom has its own door to the shared bath as well as a walk in closet and a washer/dryer. There are 2 bedrooms on each level as well as a kitchen, main room, and laundry. Only 10 minutes to UNC and downtown Greeley. 3 minutes to Aims Community College.

Great home away from home

Host was so nice, had fresh flowers and cookies at the house when we arrived. The house was on a quiet street, very clean and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again and recommend!!!❤️

Lovely Home/Quiet Neighborhood

Very well appointed home - had everything we needed. Hostess went above and beyond - would 100% recommend to friends/family and would stay again!

Like Home

Clean, spacious and absolutely everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. Lots of extras in the kitchen you just don’t see in other rentals. Will definitely stay at The Virginia house Again.

Nice place for a Reunion of college roommates

This is a nice place, with two apartments, upstairs and downstair, each with nice kitchens, baths and two big bedrooms. Nice deck with lots of screening foliage. Good access from 59th Ave. Nice residental neighborhood. We would rent it again and just might do it sooner thsn later. About an hour or so to Estes Park! Good product, good value.

In Town for a Swim Meet

We were in town for a swim meet over in Loveland. We had extended family visiting, so we needed a larger property that could accommodate 5 people, in 4 separate bedrooms. This property was perfect for us! The owner was very friendly with excellent communication…the property was spotless…had plenty of room…location was convenient for us…and the pastries and cookies were such a nice touch! Thank you for making our visit so comfortable! (PS…I highly recommend John Galt and Cocos if you’re looking for good coffee shops with excellent espresso drinks!)

The home was super clean and had everything that we needed. There was even a shelf of toddler dishes in the kitchen, and fresh flowers on the kitchen table. We were there for our granddaughter's graduation. Three generations of our family were there for the occasion. We put together the 500-piece puzzle, and also used the game box that had chess, Chinese checkers and other games. We grilled some chicken on the outdoor grill. It was all very good family time. Nobody turned on any of the TVs. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and well maintained. For those that enjoy a run, the sidewalks are great with no tripping hazards. In addition to attending graduation activities, we also took our 3-year-old and 9-year-old grandchildren to the Linc Library Innovation Center in downtown Greeley. That is a library beyond belief, especially the kids area. It is certainly a destination library. With such a wonderful home, neighborhood and the city of Greeley, it was a trip to remember. We enjoyed it immensely.
