Beautiful corner unit townhouse located in South Denver's University Park neighborhood just .3 miles to the light rail and bus station. You're home away from home includes a large sectional couch, high speed internet, smart tv's, and a fully equipped open style kitchen to accommodate any of your cooking and baking needs. The living room features a half bath, fireplace, and wrap around balcony with table seating and a gas grill. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, private wrap around balcony and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a king size bed and full bathroom located in the hallway. Each bedroom has high end Serta posturepedic mattresses, silky soft soft bamboo sheets, cloud like pillows and mounted flat screen smart tv's. There is a wash machine and dryer along with an iron and ironing board for your laundry needs. Last but not least head up to the top floor and enjoy the private rooftop deck with fire pit, sofa seating, sun lounge chairs and beautiful Colorado Mountain View’s.

The home is charming and very well appointed. It was sparkling clean, the towels and bed linens soft and abundant. There were lots of nice small touches; throw blankets, nice moisturizer and books/magazines on local highlights.

Overall the property is amazing, well stocked, clean and comfortable. I would recommend getting a large size pan for cooking. We loved the grill!

Great stay. Very convenient. Beautful Condo.

The condo was immaculately clean, well outfitted, and very conveniently located near freeways. We could get anywhere in the Denver area quickly. Several grocery stores, restaurants, and retail nearby. Drove to Cherry Creek North to eat at some nice restaurants a couple times(10-15 minutes)Beds are comfortable, rooftop deck is great for relaxation, smart tvs were used to watch news/ movies. Great Air conditioning/it was hot outside.Neighborhood very nice near Denver Academy and Denver University. Neighbors walk dogs. We would strongly recommend that you stay at this Condo.

Absolute pleasure to be able to stay a few nights at this delectable property!While my fiancé was admitted to Medical Center of Aurora, I needed a place and fast in order to be able to visit him in his condition. Luckily, he was discharged early and we were both able to enjoy this luxurious home for ourselves and our two small/medium dogs.The full kitchen, full two bathrooms, one half bath, and large bedrooms - this was more than an appropriate stay!Absolutely loved the accommodations and large wrap around balcony’s for extra outdoor space. On top of it all, the host was extremely responsive and professional. Would absolutely love to stay here again. Amazing local food, entertainment, and overall daily life as well! Thank you for having us :)
