Terrace that spans the full width of the house with views of the Gulf of Nicoya, Pacific Ocean and Puntarenas. The house is in a 24 lot gates community on a 5000 sq meter lot. Located within 90 minutes of many major attractions such as Poss Volcano, La Paz Waterfalls & Gardens, La Fortuna and Lake Arenal. Shopping is only 5 minutes away by car in San Ramon.
