O apartamento fica no último andar de frente com a praia São Paulo. É bem confortável limpo e organizado. Tem quiosque perto, e mais ao centro, cerca de 2 km, tem bancos, supermercado, feiras, lanchonetes,etc. O anfitrião, Sr. Ever muito simpático e atencioso. Recomendo o ap para quem quer passar uns ótimos dias de descanso e laser!! 😊

A vista é incrível, a localização é excelente, o apartamento estava limpíssimo, os eletrodomésticos são super práticos e fáceis de utilizar! O porteiro me ajudou a subir todas as malas e super atencioso. O Eder (proprietário) super atencioso também e enviava dicas de onde conseguiria pedir comida por perto!

Em resumo, recebemos exatamente o que estava descrito no anuncio. Administrador muito atencioso, nos fez várias indicações para melhor nos hospedarmos. Internet funcionou bem, a limpeza do local estava impecável. O apartamento é muito bonito e com uma visão deslumbrante para o mar. Serviços oferecidos pelo pessoal da portaria é muito bom. Voltaremos sempre que pudermos. O ponto negativo é a distância para comercios e não poder colocar 2 carros na garagem. No entanto, através do proprietário, conseguimos um estacionamento a 20 metros do local. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Ceara, que alem de ser gentil e carismaticos nos ofereceu gelo, carvão e muitos sorrios.

Gostei bastante, o apartamento é ótimo. A praia é quase que particular, na frente do apartamento. Agradecer também aos proprietários pela atenção, informação e sugestões. Outra coisa, os funcionário do prédio são educados, atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Que Deus abençoe o Ever e sua familia. Permitindo Deus espero voltar outras vezes.

Apartamento lindo no 15 (décimo quinto) andar com churrasqueira na varanda e de frente pro mar, sala com tv grande e canais diversos com ar condicionado (uma delícia), cozinha maravilhosa com duplex, microondas, forno elétrico, fogão cooktop e armários com tudo que precisamos, área de serviço com máquina de lavar, pequeno varal, cadeiras e guarda sol disponíveis, banheiro social com box e armário, quarto com cama e colchões de solteiro, armário e ventilador de teto (merecia ter um ar condicionado), suite com cama de casal queen size, armário embutido enorme, tv pequena com diversos canais, ventilador de teto (merecia ter um ar condicionado), banheiro com box blindex e armário. Só não dei 5 (cinco) estrelas, porque não tem ar condicionado dos quartos.

Ficamos no apto.do Sr. Ever durante 18 dias. O apto. é muito aconchegante e bem mobiliado (tudo exatamente como anunciado). A praia é bem tranquila, limpa e o local é bem seguro. O sr Ever foi extremamente atencioso desde o primeiro contato e nos passou todas as orientações e dicas do local. Fomos bem recebidos na portaria do prédio.
