Unit 102 is a 1-BR, 1.5-BA condo featuring a well-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, & balcony with an indirect beach view. Granite counters, stainless appliances, comfy furnishings, & coastal-inspired accents and décor make it easy to relax & enjoy the beach! Sleeps 4. NO monthly rentals.
The Space:
Harbour Place is located directly on the beach, near all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Orange Beach has to offer. The complex features a BBQ area, an indoor hot tub, & a swim-through pool. A boardwalk connects the pool area to the beach making beach access a breeze. Unit 102 is a 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo (750 square footage), located on the elevated first level. This unit is on the west-side of the building and features indirect views of the gulf. The private balcony has seating for 4 and is the ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Improvements include complete kitchen renovation, fresh paint, new furnishings, and lovely décor. Coastal-inspired accents and décor make it easy to relax and get you ready to enjoy the beach. This super clean condo features: tile floors in the common area, caret in the bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen with granite and stainless, stack washer & dryer, and WIFI. The living area has a couch, which converts into a sleeper-sofa, a comfy chair, and a large flat-screen TV. A small dining table seats 2 plus 2 at the breakfast bar. The master features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, & private bath. With a king in the master and a sleeper-sofa in the living area, unit 102 can comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entirety of the condo and all of it's amenities.

Other Things to Note:
Upon arrival you will find: one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one garbage bag in each can, and one dishwasher soap. We supply enough to get you started until you can make it to the store. You will likely need to visit the store if your stay is longer than 2 or 3 days. The space will be clean when you arrive and will be cleaned when you depart but we will not be accessing the space during your stay to clean.
We do not provide daily linen service. There is a washer/ dryer in the unit.
Per insurance stipulations, we cannot provide anything that may be consumed (salt, pepper, oil, spices, etc).
One parking pass is provided with the booking. If you need a second, it will be $25. Only 2 vehicles are allowed at the complex. If you have a third vehicle, over-flow parking is available at our office for $25.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Please bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
WHAT WE SUPPLY: The home is fully furnished and includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, equipped kitchen. The condo is re-provisioned each year at the beginning of the rental season; however, we make no guarantee that all items will be in the condo during your stay. Please contact us if you feel something is missing that should be there. Bed and bath linens is provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each bath is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bathmat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets and pillowcases are provided for each bed in the property.
REFRIGERATOR: Check-in Day was most likely a check-out day for another guest. This means the fridge has been open for long periods of time today and cannot handle an overload of warm foods. Please leave items that do not need immediate refrigeration in the counters or in your coolers and avoid overfilling the refrigerator. It can take up to 24 hours for the fridge to cool down when filled with food.
AIR CONDITIONER: On very hot days (90+ degrees) please be aware that the A/C units will NOT cool below 20 degrees difference for the outside temperature. DO NOT set the temperature to a lower setting as the unit will freeze up and you could cause serious damage to the A/C unit! Turn on ceiling fans, lower blinds, and keep doors and windows closed. Do not operate A/C with the balcony door open. Do not set A/C below 70 degrees as this will cause unit to freeze up and may result in an additional charge to you.
MAINTENANCE:
ISSUES: Report all maintenance issues promptly. Just as might occur at your own well-maintained home, mechanical failures and other breakdowns could occur. Every effort will be made to correct the situation; however, no refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures. Maintenance technicians and vendors may access the property for purposes of repairing previously reported issues.
CONSTRUCTION: The continued growth of our area is evidenced by new construction that may be adjacent to or near existing vacation rental properties. You may reserve a property at a time when no construction is nearby, but construction could begin prior to your arrival. We regret any inconvenience but cannot control these situations. Refunds or relocations cannot be considered.
