Located in the heart of downtown Brenham, just steps away from the square where the vibrant smalltown offers numerous dining options, theatre, boutiques, coffee shops, bars and festivals of all sorts. The hotel offers a common area, lounge and kitchen with 7 private suites, one/two-bedrooms, all with coffee makers and oversized walk-in showers. Offered as a full hotel/venue booking or private suites individually. Inquiries welcome.

This space is Suite 3 on the second level of the hotel (stairwell), offering 2-bedrooms with king beds, 1-bathroom with double sink vanity with a walk-in shower, living/dining space, kitchenette w/coffee maker, TV and second floor access to the second-floor patio area.

This is our 2nd year staying at The Schoolhouse. Such a unique place-rustic/ farmhouse decor. Extremely clean. Curtains and shades for blackout sleep, wonderful AC, lovely porch- great parking!!!! Highly recommend!!

Brenham is awesome

This site is gorgeous! Loved having two separate bedrooms! You do hear your neighbors’ conversations and the tv shows they are watching as walls/floors were not fitted to reduce noise :( Also, employees from the plant outside like to blare their music when they arrive to work. It was hard to get necessities refilled in a timely manner—tried notes and emails. Would be helpful to have access to get more coffee, trash bags, toilet paper etc. Got trash bags “delivered” on top of the counter (meaning thrown on top of our stuff) but they couldn’t take out the overflowing trash
