Rustic-Luxury home with elegant country simplicity

Welcome to our 2nd home of Passerine Hills, a rustic and spacious one story 4-bedroom with warm conveniences that will compliment your ranch style stay. Our unique and stylish barndominium is uniquely designed to host intimate events, corporate retreats and family stays and often times serves as the overflow home to retreats and celebrations at our mansion property a short walk away. We invite you to come, stay and rest a while in the serene and breathtaking countryside of Tennessee with rolling hills that stretch miles off into the distance.

The oversized master bedroom is perfect for sleeping small families and includes 1 king/1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, bedroom 3 has 1 Murphy bed and bedroom 4 has 1 double.

The location of our ranch in Lebanon is convenient to local shopping and dining, just 5.5 miles from I-40, that are open late and 24/hrs. Many of our guests love ordering Instacart for grocery delivery and use Uber if riding in and out of Nashville, since it's just a 25 minute zip into the city.

Your stay at Birdsong Barn will offer a new experience of peace and tranquility, nestled in the heart of Tennessee countryside. Traveling with horses? We have 10 air conditioned horse stalls onsite, inquire for more info.

Work trip

We came down for a big truck show at the Wilson County fairgrounds. Our stay here was amazing!! The barndominium was very clean and had everything we needed. The property is very pretty and peaceful. It was close enough to the fairgrounds, restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts were helpful and available for questions during our entire stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Needs perfectly met

I have a busybody best friend who occasionally needs help finding rooms at the last minute.The property was in an excellent area, easy access to nashville as well as lebanon. There were nine of us in the home and to be perfectly honest my buddy and his son were measuring the ceilings because they are thinking of modeling a future home after this one.I don't believe any of us wanted to leave.
