O local é aconchegante, amplo e muito bom. Viajei com amigos, e foi uma ótima experiência.
Só um ponto a melhorar que seria referente ao quarto 6, o barulho do teto atrapalha bastante.

Fiquei bastante satisfeita com a estadia no Sítio Beija-Flor.
O proprietário é super disponível para dúvidas e ajudar com qualquer problema no sítio. As instalações não são luxuosas, mas atendem super bem as pessoas.
Pontos fortes:
1. Comunicação com o proprietário;
2. Cozinha bem equipada, com utensílios suficientes e tudo funcionando;
3. Acomodação confortável para 40 pessoas (em camas);
4. Piscina enorme e limpa;
5. Sítio bem cuidado, espaçoso e estava limpinho quando chegamos;
6. Localização: próximo a cidade, mas ao mesmo tempo distante;
7. Não pega sinal de celular (exceto operadora Vivo).
Para mim, os únicos pontos fracos são:
1. Os banheiros estão um pouco precários. Não tem box, então a cada banho, molha tuuuudo! Precisa de rodo em todos os banheiros para puxar a água.
2. No anúncio está como se fossem 11 quartos (apesar de estar descrito no texto 9), é importante ressaltar que são 9 quartos, sendo 2 deles conjugados.
3. Tem cupim no teto do quarto 1, então fica um pózinho nas camas e chão.
4. No feriado que fui, as geladeiras foram ligadas um pouco antes da nossa chegada, o dificultou muito o resfriamento das cervejas, por exemplo.
No mais, recomendo fortemente. Abs Adriano, obrigada pela recepção!

Um lugar muito agradavel, mas precisa de melhorias.
Passei o Ano Novo com minha família, 30 pessoas, a maioria gostou bastante do lugar. Os banheiros precisam de uma atenção maior, faltam portas nos banheiros dos quartos. Notamos algumas paredes dos quartos da parte do salão com mofo e um dos quartos tinha uma goteira em cima da cama. Um quarto que tem forro de madeira esta com cupim então caia bastante pozinhos.
Quando chegamos o lugar estava bem limpo, o Caseiro foi muito atencioso sempre.
A cozinha é bem completa na parte de panelas e utensílios. A piscina nem precisa falar show demais!
O Lago principal tiramos bastantes peixes tilápias(massa, bicho de laranja) e um Pacu bem grande(salsicha).

Local agradável e imóvel com número de quartos que acomoda com conforto
Local muito agradável e tranquilo. A piscina é muito boa e os quartos são espaçosos e conseguem acomodar com tranquilidade um grande número de pessoas. Local limpo. A cozinha é ampla, com refrigeradores e freezer em bom numero. Utensílios limpos. O caseiro e o proprietário são bem atenciosos e atendem satisfatoriamente qualquer mecessidade

Espaço de sobra, aconchego, limpeza IMPECÁVEL, fui muito bem atendido desde o início da negociação até a devolução do imóvel, churrasqueira ao lado da piscina salão de festas... enfim tudo que um espeço que foi projetado para desfrutar dos momentos mais felizes deve ter, fiz meu aniversário la em 2014, e vou negociar para alugar de novo.

Local Bonito, Bem Cuidado e Espacoso
O local eh perto do centro de Braganca, tem supermercado perto, tem todos os utensílios para cozinha, camas para mais de 40 pessoas, piscina muito boa e funda, 1.7m, e a rasa que eh muito boa para crianças.
