Oceanfront_3 Br 2 Ba_Captivating Views_ Quiet and Friendly Building

Corner Oceanfront views Ocean Views South and East

Very few 3 bedroom oceanfront properties. This one is well decorated in a fabulous building. A corner property so there are grand views east and south. To the south are the bright lights of myrtle beach (including firework views on occasion) and to the east is the sunrise and the beach.Queen bed in the Master and Queen bed in the second bedroom;The third bedroom has two twin beds.

There is a one-time cleaning after rental and a linen package which includes: beds made with supply of linen(fitted sheet and top sheet for each bed and sleeper sofa) towels(8 towels,5 hand towels,6 washcloths and kitchen towels):bar soap ,hand soap supplied along with trash bags ,toilet paper and dishwasher detergent.

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and of course all the everyday appliances.

Something about our building Arcadian II

We are a smaller high rise; yep only 6 condos per floor. No long waits for the elevator. No running down in the morning to save your lounge chairs at the pool. These issues are never a problem at our building as we have plenty of pool chairs and great elevators. Oh and no bad locations in this building as all are oceanfront.

Our rear door is only 25 yards to the beach! Large parking lot with spaces close to the entrance! Bellmen carts by the front door to help you get your luggage in and out.

Arcadian shores section is right in between myrtle and north myrtle beach in unincorporated Horry County. Our address is in myrtle beach but a little distance from the crowds. If you like the crowds on occasion restaurant row is 2 minutes. Barefoot landing is a 5 minute drive and Broadway at the Beach about 15 minutes.

Great views from balcony. Arcadian II is very quiet. Close to groceries, good restaurants, shopping, gas without getting out on the main drag, or having to go very far. The beach in the section is great. Not especially crowded in the Fall.

Amazing view

There was an issue when we arrived, but we got hold of the owner and he made sure the issue was taken care of. The rest of our stay was good. The view from the balcony was amazing. We would definitely stay here again if we get back to South Carolina.

Great place in a great location

Nice room with several good views. Really enjoyed the location and the staff was super nice. From helpful and friendly security guards, to guys like Mike that keep the place looking good, the location of the Arcadian II is good, but the people are what makes it a great place to stay.

Spacious and Comfy Beachfront Condo with Great Views

We had such a great stay here! The condo was super spacious and comfy, with easy access to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed – dishes, utensils, pots and pans, cleaning supplies– we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The living room furniture was so comfortable…we are even thinking of getting the same sofa for our house. The views were amazing. We could see way down both sides of the beach, and on July 4th we even watched an incredible fireworks display right from the balcony. Frank was quick to respond to any questions we had and very accommodating. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Wonderful condo

This was a perfect condo for our family. The location was close to shopping, a pier and golf course. Easy access to the beach and swimming pool. We loved the condo layout and views of the ocean. We would definitely go back to Arcadian Shores !

Great stay in a perfect location. Let's talk about the location. It's a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach for a more relaxing stay, that you can still take in the sights. It is a great size condo. We had 7 with us and did not feel cramped at all. My wife and I had the master with a king sized bed. Our oldest daughter her husband and their infant shared the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and plenty of space for a pack and play for the little one. Our two teen shared the third bedroom with twin beds. We were able to all sit around the dining room table and have meals together or sit on the balcony at night and take in the sounds of the waves and views of Myrtle Beach to the south of us. We did use the beach chair rental service. I did leave a picture to show pricing.

Great property but the condo needs a deep cleaning. It was very clean on the surface but bed headboards, closet doors, baseboards need cleaning. I would stay again and I will take Clorox wipes.

Excellent for Mobility Issues!

I brought my elderly parents and aunt for a vacation. My father uses a walker, my mother is undergoing chemotherapy, and my aunt uses a wheelchair. I couldn't have been more pleased with the unit! Wide hallway, open spaces, spacious bathrooms, roomy dining table. I'm hoping the next time we visit the Coast, we can acquire the same unit for the week. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Great Time in Myrtle Beach

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach with friends. Ours was a three bedroom corner unit with fantastic views on the 6th floor. The BR were very roomy and the sectional in the living room was wonderful. We unfortunately were there when Hurricane Helene hit and there were some tense moments as water was coming in through the side balcony and the main balcony was flooding. The rest of the trip was wonderful. The beach was deserted this time of year and we took nice walks to the pier and beautiful views to the north as well. We saw a show at the Carolina Opry, House of Blues and had a great meal at Umberto’s. Everything was just a short drive away. We highly recommend the Arcadian Condominium 2 for your vacation home. This was our second time there and it will not be the last.

Clean/comfy with some disappointment

The condo itself was clean and comfy. It was very disappointing to find that, even though the listing stated that the condo had a washer/dryer, it actually did not. There is a washer/dryer on every floor, and it cost $1.50 per wash and dry. To top it off, laundry had to be run through the washing machine twice due to soap residue and the dryer twice due to insufficient drying. So, each load of laundry cost us $6, and we washed 4 loads of laundry. For a family of 6, having the amenity of a washer/dryer is a deal breaker, and we would have chosen a different condo had we known. Also, I hate to complain about water pressure because I really appreciate it; however, the shower water pressure in the master bathroom is literally painful. We could stand but a few minutes of it. I know it is completely beyond the owner's control, but the beach chair situation was very disappointing as well. This was our first and last trip to Myrtle Beach, mostly because we did not want to pay $40 or more to rent beach chairs and an umbrella for the day. To use our own chairs and umbrella, we were forced to sit behind all the rental chairs, compromising our view of our swimming children. Again, completely not the fault of the owner, but very disappointing to these usual Florida beach-goers.

Amazing view, quiet peaceful condo

We stayed Arcadian shores 2. It had a beautiful view and amazing balcony’s. Four areas with sliding glass doors. The security guards were awesome!!! Huge couch that all six of us could fit and relax comfortably. As for the cleaning, some dust and dirt on lamp shades and bathrooms etc. typical beach sand etc.

October Fall trip

We enjoyed our stay at Arcadian ll. It was our first trip to Myrtle Beach. The hotel was away from the crowds which we loved that since we traveled with younger kids. Beautiful views of the beach to watch the sunrise. Management was very prompt and we were able to check in early. Only thing I wish the unit had was a washer/dryer, its located on the floor by the elevators. Aside from that, no complaints. We hope to come back.
