The best weekend ever!

First of all the owner Ricardo was very attentive and helpful with everything we needed since the first time I sent him a message even before rent it. He replied all my text very quickly and in a professional way. The house is huge! It has all the appliances that you might need, AC in all rooms, an amazing external area and pool. My family and I enjoyed the entire time we were there. Thank you so much for everything I definitely recommend it, for sure you won’t regret it! Obrigada Ricardo

boa escolha

a casa esta necessitando de reparos como armarios e a parte da churrasqueira, tmb tem pouco mesa e cadeiras como loca para 15 pessoas tem que ter estrutura no lazer e para dormir nas mesma condiçoes. os quartos sao muitos pequenos para colocar colçhoes e com pouca roupa de cama para todos. mas fomos muito bem atendido pelo proprietario.

Se eu fosse falar tudo que tenho sobre essa estadia, ficaria o dia inteiro aqui, mas vou tentar ser breve. O Ricardo, dono do imóvel é uma das pessoas mais simpáticas que eu já conheci! Ele foi incrível desde o primeiro contato. Depois que fiz o pagamento, mandei várias mensagens pra ele tirando dúvidas, e ele, prontamente respondia. Muitas vezes no mesmo minuto! Fiquei boquiaberta com tanta atenção. Ele foi muito gentil, nos deu várias dicas de lugares para conhecer e é uma pessoa que dá vontade de colocar em um potinho, de tão gentil e educado. E o Naldo, caseiro da casa, não fica pra trás. Sempre muito prestativo! Foi na casa todos os dias cuidar dos cachorros, da piscina e perguntar se estávamos precisando de algo. Muito gentil e prestativo! A casa... Nem se fala! Eu viajo sempre, e essa é de longe uma das melhores que já me hospedei. Limpa, enorme, aconchegante, localização ótima e perto de absolutamente TUDO! Tem de tudo dentro da casa. Até secador de cabelo! Fiquei encantada e com certeza voltarei MUUUITAS vezes! Amei tudo! E só tenho a agradecer pela experiência!

Ótimo carnaval

Ao chegar a casa, fui muito bem atendido pelo caseiro Naldo, o mesmo deu assistência em todos os momentos na casa, encontramos a casa limpa e organizada, tentamos no máximo deixa a mesma do mesmo jeito, a casa é bem espaçosa, bem limpa, bem organizada, tudo funcionando ar condicionado internet, TV, a piscina é ótima, um campo de futebol mto bom, que deu pra jogar um futebol e um vôlei. Resumindo, foi um carnaval maravilhoso, não errei na escolha da casa. Só tenho a agradecer.

Adoramos a casa bem limpa, organizada e equipada, ótima localização. Em relação às acomodações não poderia ser melhor, ótimos quartos com camas confortáveis. Dias maravilhosos!

Passamos 4 dias maravilhosos na casa. Ótimas instalações, mobiliário, utensílios domésticos, acessórios de esporte, tudo muito bem conservado. Excelente ambiente para reuniões com família e crianças. Localização perfeita perto de todo o comércio necessário e também da praia. Destaque para kit boas vindas , eficiência e discrição do caseiro, prestando todo apoio necessário e zelando pela conservação perfeita da casa.
