Relaxed summer holiday home, under Table Mountain
Classic 3-bedroom fully equipped family home, battery backup for load-shedding, with large open-plan reception rooms flowing onto a spacious veranda overlooking a sparkling pool and leafy garden with mountain views, in the heart of Constantia. Additionally, enjoy close access to world-famous vineyards, pristine beaches, and stunning mountain areas, making your stay a perfect blend of comfort and exploration.
The space
The house is located in a cul-de-sac and quiet leafy part of Constantia, a minute away from the Belle Ombre Meadow. We bought the house just before lockdown and slowly turned it into a light and airy home, with open-plan reception rooms opening onto the veranda and swimming pool, for easy relaxed living. We've recently renovated all the bathrooms.
The pool has a cover and can be made child-safe for added peace of mind. Plus, there are lots of tree swings, toys, books, and puzzles for the little ones to enjoy. For outdoor enthusiasts, the property offers easy access to nearby walks and hikes, making it an ideal getaway for families and nature lovers.
