Welcome to Sunsets and Seaviews! 2 blocks to beach, 6 blocks to the boardwalk, just a few blocks to famous restaurants, mini golf, bakeries! Huge fenced in backyard with grill and outdoor shower, rooftop deck off the upstairs bedroom. 3 bedrooms, Florida room with queen sleeper, 1.5 bathroom (with bonus stall shower in laundry room). NO SMOKING home and property, no smoking on the grounds, please respect our rules and neighbors. Check in 3:00pm Checkout 11:00am. Must be 25 years old to rent and be present for the entire stay. Any unchaperoned minor guests will be evicted and forfeit refund and deposits.

Enjoy being treated to a beautifully decorated coastal beach house. No detail has been missed!

The outdoor spaces invite you to sit and relax and listen to the ocean (you can even catch a glimpse from the roof) read a book, play yard games, grill out with the family and enjoy quality time in this single family home. Plenty of room for beach supplies and you can rinse off before going in! No parties of any kind, this is a family home on a family block.

Each beachy bedroom comes with quilts, shams, mattress pads, and pillows as well as a TV. 2 queen rooms and one with 2 twin beds.

The Mediterranean style kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs as well as coffee, microwave, toaster. And the laundry room is right off the kitchen with a washer dryer.

Dining room is right off the kitchen with a large table for gathering, enjoying a meal or even a boardgame or puzzle from out game library.

The family room with a fireplace and custom bookcase is a beautiful room to enjoy curling up with a book, watching a family movie and enjoying your time together.

Off of the family room is a beautiful bright wall to wall Florida sun room. This has a queen sized bed and is such a beautiful spot to open the windows and catch a great breeze. This room too includes a TV.

Attentive property owners

The house was tastefully decorated, clean and close to attractions and restaurants. The owners were kind enough to check in now and again to see what, if anything, we needed. When the toilet broke, they immediately resolved the issue and then checked to ensure things were handled to our satisfaction. We will be sure to return!

Fun in the sun & rain too!

We had a great stay close to the beach, boardwalk & loved bringing our pug who enjoyed the yard too! Our teens rode to the boardwalk and around town. We loved the convenience to the beach and down to the wildlife refuge. Rainy days provided from to rest, do the puzzle &hit the zoo between showers! All in all a great week!

Seaview Charmer

This home is highly recommended for a beach getaway. It is very clean, tastefully decorated in a beach style and it gives you a sense of a well maintained family home. The back yard is lush and private. It's location is it's best feature being located on the desirable Seaview Avenue which is a short walk to the famous Wildwood Crest beach and pleasant stroll to all the boardwalk action.

Charming Cape in the Crest

Hidden gem in Crest. Very nice accommodations rooms were very comfortable giving us lots of space. The outside shower was just perfect after a long day at the beach. We elected to cook most nights and having the grill and super big fridge was very helpful. There are many place nearby to eat and Tony’s produce around the corner helped in a pinch. Would love to return next summer. Will miss spending the evening on the upper deck.

Victor and Cheryl live in Tampa FL and love all things beach! Cheryl grew up in NJ and spent so many of her summers in Wildwood Crest! Although we live at the beach year round, there is nothing like the summers in Wildwood! The quaint throwback feel of the town, the escape from commercial chains and WIFI/Internet everything, it has a personality all it's own! It's the perfect place to disconnect, meet new friends, and reconnect with your family. We have so many memories there, and we are so excited to get back to make so many more, and we are so excited to share that opportunity with our guests and their families!

Why they chose this property

This is our second property within 2 blocks from one another! We love this location best because we have huge free wide beaches which we are 2 blocks from. Great sunsets just a few blocks the other direction. 6 blocks over is the boardwalk so this is a nice quiet area but close enough to walk into the busy boardwalk without moving your car! You're also only a few blocks from the Acme, Duffer's Minigolf and Ice Cream as well as the World Famous Britton's Bakery! It's the perfect spot in the Crest!

What makes this property unique

The minute we saw this property we knew we needed to jump on it and save it! We love the old charm of a classic beach bungalow! This has the space families need without losing one another in a giant modern new build. It has so much personality and history not to mention the amazing yard with beautiful trees and landscaping which have been cared and loved for years. We wanted to preserve this slice of history for our family and be able to share it with yours!
