Beach house in old town Cavtat 100 m from beach
LOCATED JUST FEW STEPS FROM BEACH IN HEART OF OLD TOWN CAVTAT.
These delightful home making ideal for families,or a small group of friends.
Its an easy 100m stroll down to beach and bustling fishing village of Cavtat with its many bars and restaurants is also very close by.
From here jump on a bus ,into a cab,or water taxy to get Dubrovnik in about 20 min.
House are approximatley 110m2 interms of ground area.
House is two bedroomed,one with double queen size bed ,the other with twin beds and also one more dofa bed for another more person.House can fit up to 5 persons .
There is great size shower and Wc.
There is washing machine,dishwasher,Fridge complete with water filter and ice maker, fully air conditioned and there is wi-fi throughout.
Kitchen sare very well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery ,tooaster,keetle,coffe maker .
There is hairdryer too.
Benefitting from being in central Cavtat ,outside the property is a good sized terrace with some shady spots ,ideal toseetle down for a quiet read.
There is also a barbecue for guests to use.
All linen is included with exception of beach towels ,which guests should either bring with them or purchase locally.
Final cleaning are also included in price.
The Racic Mausoleum is just a couple of steps from House Cavtat, while the Church of Saint Nikola is 220 yards away.
A pebbly beach called Kljucice is 100 yards away, as well as a children’s playground. Rocky and stone paved beaches can be found all around. Diving center Epidaurus is 265 yards away.
A bus stop can be found 220 yards from Vacation House Cavtat. Dubrovnik Airport is 5 miles away. Dubrovnik is 11 miles away, and can be reached by bus or boat.
