We loved our stay at this cabin. The entire family played pickle-ball and swam in the pool. We had an issue with the pool lights not coming on and the maintenance person fixed it super quick when we messaged. The cabin is very large and easily accommodated 10 of us. The location is also great-

The house was beautiful, the only thing I’d say was there were too many beautiful breakables that we had to put up away from the kids. The pool and area around it way exceeded my expectations! It was huge, deep in the middle, and had artificial turf around it, which was easy on the feet. The kids loved the sports courts and game room. The living room had comfortable furniture and a ton of warm throws. Would definitely recommend this house! We had nine adults, six kids and two toddlers and so much room to spread out.

Everything that was listed it’s accurate, very beautiful views from the cabin, I didn’t give it a 5 star because of the bedbugs! All of our family members have bites all over our bodies, to check in tools about 15 mins because email was not sent with instructions nor code to enter I had to call them to unlock the cabin, other than that everything was good

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry there was confusion regarding your check-in information. Our check-in emails are automatically sent once the required rental agreement has been signed. Since the agreement had not been completed, the email was not released. We also took your concern very seriously and immediately had the cabin inspected by a licensed pest control company. The inspection found no evidence of bed bugs or an infestation. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and thank you for staying with us.

Amazing Family Vacation

The Overlook was everything we had hoped for and more! The management company was wonderful to work with and easy to communicate with. The cabin was absolutely amazing with stunning views ans plenty of room for our group of 12 people earning in age from early teens to adults. The pool and hot tub were a favorite for everyone and the pickleball court was one of the highlights for the tennis/pickleball playing teens and adults. Plenty of space for privacy when needed and ample room for gathering as a group. The only complaint we had was having to go home! Would definitely stay again!

This property did not disappoint! Beautiful property! Loved the house, pool, pickleball court & fire pit. Property managers were very responsive when we called with concerns. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances/utensils etc. Refirgerator/freezer were large capacity and kept items cold/frozen. Plus a beverage frig upstairs and one on the deck. Ample seating throughout. Hot water heater worked great, no one complained about a cold shower - there were 12 of us. Although we did have issues with the water from the kitchen sink taking forever to heat up. Air conditioner worked well. It was really hot/humid and doors were being opened and closed all day/evening. They even have step stools, a must for short people like me. Three concerns: First there was an odor from the septic system (outside). At first it came and went but once it became more frequent, we called the property managers and they came right out and took care of it. Second, there wasn't a washcloth in the kitchen - we bought one and left it so hopefully that is taken care of. Third - stingy with the handtowels - 1 per bathroom. I don't have a problem with washing but I would like to have a clean towel to put up while I'm washing the dirty one. So if you're like me, consider bringing a few from home. (Number of bathtowels, kitchen towels & pool towels was good.) None of the mentioned issues would keep me from returning. Check-in/out processes were very simple.

We appreciate your kind words about our team’s responsiveness and are happy to hear these small issues didn’t take away from your overall experience. Your feedback about the kitchen sink, septic system, and towels is very helpful—we’ll be reviewing these items to improve for future guests. We’re thrilled to know you’d return, and we’d love to welcome you back again soon!
