The cottage sits on a slight hill, and is directly opposite what locals call the "Public Beach." The cottage is approximately a 4 minute walk away from the Staniel Cay Yacht Club.

Great Location

Great location! We could walk to the marina yacht club and there is a public beach across right across the street. We enjoyed our visit to the island!

Stay was excellent. James and Lorraine were so accommodating with everything and very responsive to all inquiries. James set us up with a friend on a boat tour and even arranged transportation to/from the airport. Great hosts.

Sixth time staying on Staniel Cay, and this house might be our favorite yet for the price and location.We were here June 30 through July 6 with my wife and three daughters, and it was perfect from start to finish.Great location. Incredibly clean. And honestly bigger than it looks in the listing.The pictures don't do it justice.The hosts were about as nice and communicative as it gets. They nailed it every step of the way.We're already looking to rebook for next year.Loved this house. Can't recommend it enough.

Miss Lorraine & Mr. James were such gracious hosts; very responsive, flexible, and made everything very easy. We had issues with flight cancellation/changing dates and they were very accommodating. The pictures of the house don’t do it justice. It’s very clean, comfortable and prime location to yacht club/restaurants. Amenities included laundry, beach chairs, AC and full kitchen. We rented a golf cart too, which was great to explore the island. My kids were almost in tears to leave, we will def be back. Highly recommend.
