Enjoyed this condo immensely! Working with Coastal Vibe is always great! They were very responsive to any concerns or needs we had! We loved our stay at this beach property! The location couldn’t be better—close to the sand and great local spots. The amenities were fantastic, with everything we needed for a relaxing trip, including beach gear. The condo was well stocked with kitchen gadgets, bowls, containers! Plenty of bath towels for both bathrooms. Thank you!The pools on the bay side were pretty dirty, the pool chairs need a good power washing. The condo floors left our feet black, so much that we wore socks or shoes after we realized it. The floors could definitely use a good scrubbing. The linens and beds were all comfortable, crisp and clean. Ample blankets, pillows for it being chilly weather while there. There were clearly lots of pot smokers there, and sitting on the balcony was pretty impossible to enjoy no matter if it was early morning, afternoon, or evening without the stink. A bummer for those of us that like to eat on the decks, and relax to enjoy the weather. Beach chair (1), needs replaced. It's pretty rusty. Overall, would recommend, but for warmer seasons and if you had little kids that don't love the beach as the lazy river is not heated but would be a good option if it's warm.

The condo was perfectly furnished for our needs, it had beach supplies for our use and had plenty of household supplies for the kitchen if we needed to cook. Wonderful Condo and Stay!!!

We have stayed in Destin/Fort Walton for many years. This condo was one of the best. Very clean and comfortable for us and our adult children. We brought our jet skis so Very convenient to boat launch, marina and all we needed. Also convenient to great restaurants. We will be back!

This condo was beautiful! Our entire family loved it. It was extremely clean when we checked in. We loved how spacious it was but at the same time felt cozy and comfortable. Good stay with hurricane threat thrills - but no hurricane

Enjoyed the unit and the property very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and felt very safe. Everything worked functionally speaking ! That was great with all of the water features. We enjoyed the hot tubs, the pools, the lazy river, and the boat dock. No complaints.

Could Not Ask For Better

This property was everything that was promised. My family enjoyed every minute spent there. The condo is beautiful and well-appointed. The building and grounds are clean and appear to be under excellent management. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and well-informed. We will definitely be back. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing Amenities, Location, and Condo

This condo was amazing and we had a wonderful vacation. Everything was in good shape, parking was always available, and the heated pools during March were a key component. The only suggestion I would have would be to have a few staples in the kitchen like storage bags, salt and pepper, etc. but I have no complaints on the condo itself. You can't go wrong!

Absolutely wonderful stay!

We loved our stay here! I cannot stress enough how CLEAN this condo was. No corner or detail was overlooked - The cleaning is top-notch! It is spacious and all the furniture is clean and in good shape. The furniture on the balcony was great too, and we enjoyed most of our meals out there. The view is perfect - we could see if the pools were busy or not, and the harbor view was beautiful. My sons loved the private pier - because it is private they didn’t need a license, and they fished for hours! Although it is a bit of a trek to the beach, having the wagon with the chairs was a lifesaver! We were able to pack everything we needed for the whole day and haul it over there with us. The beach is gorgeous of course, and we enjoyed a couple cocktails at The Island tiki bar which is right next to the property. Communication was easy, as was the check-in AND check-out. There is really nothing negative I could say about this condo and the property and I would highly recommend it to any family.

Great Stay and Great vacation experience

I was so happy to have found Osprey 605 for my mothers day vacation! for what we were getting I was expecting to be really pricey but was so happy with everything honestly I would have paid more. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, minus beach towels which was fine because I always bring mine when we go to the beach anyways. The bunk room was so nice for my daughter, and the master was gorgeous and bath room was huge and even had a separate water closet so I could be getting ready but not block the entire bathroom. The beds were extremely comfy and the balcony was just the icing on the cake. Check in was easy as can be, we had the code, we typed it in, an bam we were done. We had one issue and called the number we were provided for emergencies at like 830pm and by 10pm our problem was fixed! extrememly nice customer service, came in person and checked in on us the next day to make sure all was still well with our issue we had. I could not have been happier with the CS! The walk to the beach is about .5mile over the skybridge and that is also where a ton of resturants and shops are. I dont know if there was a more direct route to the beach other than the way we went (over the skybridge,and then down the stairs and walked on the sidewalk over in front of another resort that may be somewhat connected, not sure, and then go thru the little boardwalk area where the shops and food was to get to the beach). The pools and lazy river was awesome! The water temp (may) was perfect, even at the beach :) and the hot tubs were actually HOT which surprised us since most places we go to have them like luke warm (100-101) which is just like a warm bath lol. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be staying her again or may go for the penthouses as I see they look pretty cool as well!
