My kids and I loved the place, it feels like home, and very clean and comfortable. Includes washer,dryer and everything you need, which is very helpful. The host is very helpful and always available for help, anytime we visit fairbanks we'll definitely choose the place to stay very lovely!

The property is in great condition and the location is excellent! The house is close to Chena River, Golden Heart Plaza and the downtown area.

It was a cozy, cute Apt. A fully stocked kitchen. Very convenient for walking downtown. Nice quiet area. Had a full size washer and dryer. No dishwasher or central AC, but had a portable AC and a fan. If your not use to sleeping in the daylight, definitely bring an eye mask. I would recommend this Apt. and would definitely book again, if I return to Fairbanks. Jenni communicated real well and sent pictures of the entrance and coded locks. 5 stsr!

Cute!

This is a very cute, clean, and well maintained apartment. I was here for a weekend with my 14 y/o son and he even mentioned that it was “very nice”, which if you’ve ever met a teenage boy, that’s a high compliment! The check in/out process was easy and the communication was prompt. Jenni is a wonderful host! I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was clean when we arrived. We were glad that it was a full apartment with a full-size refrigerator. They had a Keurig coffee maker with a good assortment of coffee pods. There were enough dishes in the kitchen so serve a full meal. We only used the coffee cups. I didn't see a cutting board either. The parking space was difficult to leave because of traffic. The only other negative thing that I have to say about my stay in the apartment is that they heat the building with hot water baseboard system and it has some air in the line. At night I would be woken up when the water was moving through the pipes in the bedroom. I guess that is why they had several pairs of ear plugs in both bedrooms.

Very clean and tidy place, great location, all the amenities one would need. It was great having a washer and dryer! Had a little issue with the TV not working 100%, but we managed. The owner/manager was very nice and accomodating in all of our communications.
