I love this neighborhood because I grew up here, swimming at the river together with my two brothers, cousins and friends...
Crecí en este exclusivo sector de la ciudad, junto a mis hermanos, primos y amigos nadamos en esta parte del río Tomebamba, específicamente en el llamado Otorongo.

El edificio está ubicado en el sector del Batán, al lado del río Tomebamba y su isla llena de verdor, donde puedes caminar y trotar por sus orillas, mientras respiras aire puro y fresco. El departamento esta ubicado frente al río, en una pequeña calle con poco o casi nada de trafico, en un barrio muy seguro y tranquilo.
The building its located in the Batán neighborhood next to the Tomebamba river and its island full of greenery, where you can walk and jog along the banks, while breathing pure and fresh air. The apartment is located in front of the river, on a small street with little or almost no traffic, the neighborhood is very safe and quiet.
