Inside, the updated interior caters to your comfort. Sit back on the living room's leather seating while streaming your favorite show. When extra warmth is needed, turn on the electric fireplace. The adjacent kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, wooden cabinetry, and a center island/breakfast bar.

The home's primary bedroom boasts a plethora of great perks like a workstation, TV, and soaking tub. Each of the five bedrooms comes lined with high-quality linens, picturesque views, and ceiling fans. An air mattress is available when additional sleeping arrangements are needed.

A great spot to hang out, the downstairs family room is ideal for board game nights and movie viewings. Vintage arcade systems and the foosball table offer up hours of entertainment. Children's items like a Pack-N-Play and high chair round out the sanctuary's interior amenities.

As the evening stars begin to fill the night sky, fire up the gas grill and host a delicious barbecue for your loved ones.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
