A modern and recently built villa (2023.) is located in the suburbs of Opatija and Rijeka, on the Kvarner Riviera.

The villa consists two floors with two individual apartments connected by common terraces, a summer kitchen with a barbecue and a swimming pool with a sunbathing area 12+1 people. Each floor is equipped with a kitchen with all the kitchen accessories, bedrooms with separate beds that can be combined into double beds and bathrooms. Each room and the living room are equipped with a TV. On request, the facility has an extra bed and children's crib.

FIRST FLOOR – living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, direct exit from the living room to the pool.

OUTDOOR: swimming pool, finnish sauna, toilet, shower, covered terrace with barbecue, garden.

SECOND FLOOR – 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, living room, kitchen, pantry.

BASEMENT: bar, table tennis, table football, darts

PARKING is provided at the property (3 parking space).

TV is in the five room and living room, Wi-Fi and cooling and heating is available in the entire house.

Villa Mi is sourounded by Mediteranean garden and swimming pool. The outdoor facilities next to the swimming pool includes a barbecue with a large dining table, deckchairs, a sauna with a bathroom and mini children playground.

The villa is located on a large plot with cherry trees and peony plantations, so it is especially attractive to see in the spring when it is in bloom. The villa is fenced and an independent unit.

The villa offers a beautiful view of the sea and greenery, and in just a few minutes by car you will be at the first beach in Opatija or Volosko.

The Villa Mi is located in quiet village Rukavac, only 4 km distance from Opatija and Kvarner Riviera. Near the villa there is a market store and a restaurant.

You can refresh yourself at the numerous beaches of Opatija, which are located just a few kilometers from Matulji.

From the house in a walking distance is shop, restorant, caffe bar, bus station and center for sports and recreation.

The train station is 250 m far from the house.

Tennis court is 5 minutes walking distance from the villa and is part of the tennis club DAMAR.
The club is surrounded by a natural forest, abundant with fresh air from nearby mountains, and offers many activities.
