This home is in a gated community on a small cul-de-sac. Solar, water filtration, saltwater pebble finished pool and a custom firepit in a massive backyard with a big patch of grass with all the privacy you can ask for in this home that is well equipped for your stay in the desert. Close to golf communities like Mission Hills. The home was remodeled in 2020 and is well taken care of. Just 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs and El Paseo. 30 day minimum stay is required! This is the perfect seasonal getaway to enjoy the beautiful desert weather.
