The house has 1suite, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom / living room, 1bathroom, balcony overlooking the sea, kitchen and pantry (refrigerator, freezer, stove and domestic utensils), private barbecue, 42¨ television by subscription, ceiling fans and table, wi-fi, shower, hammock.
2 parking spaces.
Close to the beaches Dunas do Peró, Conchas, Peró and the famous Forte beach.
The internationally known city of Búzios is a 15-minute drive away and the city of Arraial do Cabo (known as diving city) is 20 km away.
The condo has 24 hour security, playground, volleyball court, soccer field, game room, bakery, restaurant and bar.
