We had an amazing time in bayfield. Property manager was so helpful and even asked if we needed an early check in! The house was close to downtown and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay

Overnight for Apostle Islands

House was perfect for a quick overnight before visiting the Apostle Islands. Great location and met all of our needs. Owner communicated well and was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Very easy to book. The house is spacious and clean. Great communication thorough out the entire process. We were even offered early check-in and late check-out since it worked with the schedule. Check-in and check-out were easy. Would stay here again!

Comfortable, clean home!

My family and I stopped in Bayfield while traveling through Northern WI in the late fall. What a beautiful town! We were welcomed to the Gichi Gami house by a warm and cozy fireplace which made us feel nice after a long day of traveling. The house had plenty of space and kitchen well stocked. The local artwork throughout the home was a nice touch. The host was very responsive to our needs and questions. We will come back for a longer stay next time!

Gichi Game House

The house is in a perfect location. An easy walk to town and directly across from the visitor's center. The yard is beautifully landscaped and the deck provides a nice place to sit and enjoy the view. The house is very well furnished and decorated so you feel like you are staying in someone's personal space. The house is equipped with anything you could possibly need during your stay. Monica, the host, was helpful with advice of things to do during our stay and available for questions. This property gets a 5 star rating.

Picture Perfect for our Lakeside Adventure!

Four generations of family from teenagers to grandparents found rest and relaxation at the Gichi Gami House in Bayfield! It was the perfect set up for both privacy and community. The location was perfect for a walk into town and only a block from a picturesque bridge with nature trails. We enjoyed working a puzzle together in the evenings and the kitchen was well- equipped to eat in after a full day of kayaking. Lots of natural light during the day. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Each room was tastefully decorated, and the common areas had an abundance of natural light. Monica was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions cheerfully and promptly. She was professional and accessible, and we are excited for a return trip!
