Affordable Condo- Shared Hoa Hot Tub- Walk to Lake
*Tahoe is a beautiful and fun place to visit, but occasionally this area can be affected by extreme weather events. While we never want things like icy roads, road closures, or smoke from wildfires to negatively impact our guests, it can happen. We ask travelers to plan their vacation appropriately for the rural mountain climate and encourage guests to research all travel insurance options, as Tahoe Moon Properties cannot provide refunds for things outside of our control.
Looking to get to Tahoe affordably, but still don't want to give up on convenience and HOA amenities? This classic Tahoe City condo is for you. Just minutes to downtown Tahoe City, walking distance to Tahoe public beaches, and only a few blocks away from the Cross Country Ski Center on Dollar Hill, this location is the perfect getaway year round. The hot tub and sauna at the condo complex is the perfect way to relax after a day out adventuring. In the summer, two swimming pools, tennis courts, and a full play area are available to renters as well.
In the townhome, on the entry level lies the fully equipped kitchen, half bath and open living/dining room. This space comes equipped with a new flat screen TV and cozy gas fireplace for all you relaxation needs. Conveniently, the back door on the main level opens to a private deck from which you can enjoy a nice grassy (or snowfilled!) lawn, enjoy the landscaping and WALK to the pool and tennis courts just down the way. When it's time to call it a day, two bedrooms - one with a queen and the other with two twin beds- lie upstairs, as well as it's surprisingly remodeled full bathroom.
This unit is just a short stroll away from a public beach and the bike trails. The complex is centrally located about 3 miles east of Tahoe City. In the winter, it is within a 15 mile drive from THREE different ski resorts, the closest being Palisades Tahoe (formerly Squaw Valley)! The others, Northstar Ski Resort and Homewood Ski Resorts are also super convenient options.

Cozy condo with a lovely fireplace for chilly evenings. Kitchen is well stocked and beds were comfy. Great location! I recommend the owner consider updating the living room couch. ;-)

We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and found the condo cozy and comfortable! We appreciate the note about the couch and will be sure to pass that feedback along to the owner.
I was looking for an affordable place with 2 beds in two rooms-not a sleeper sofa and a kitchen. Sounds simple but most places with both were very expensive. Our condo had dated furniture and appliances but everything was very clean and appliances worked great. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were spacious with lots of drawers and closet space. The grounds are beautiful, well kept, quite and the pool very clean. We watched chipmunks, bluejays and squirrels play outside the living room window. We were there to tour Lake Tahoe for a week, not worried about luxury resort. Definitely would stay there again.
