Make memories with your friends and family on Grass Lake, part of the Cloverleaf Lakes Chain between Clintonville and Shawano, WI. Inside you’ll enjoy the recently updated cozy home with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a large living room and kitchen for your entertaining needs. Step outside to the large enclosed yard with plenty of shade trees to relax and take in the view. ATV and snowmobile directly from the house with plenty of parking for cars, trucks and trailers. Swimming is not great (weedy) in front but the sandbar and Sandy Beach has excellent swimming! In the summer, a dock is available, so feel free to bring your boat!

This neighborhood is truly home away from home. The neighbors are all so friendly, the area is active with boaters, walkers and snowmobilers but you'll also be able to enjoy the seclusion of the backyard which is lined with trees on each side which is so peaceful and relaxing.

What makes this property unique

No detail was missed, everything you need is at your fingertips while staying at the lake house. From a fully stocked kitchen, to linens, to games and bikes in the garage, there is plenty to do!
