Comfortable rooms and great space to comfortably fit 5 adults and 2 children. Quiet neighborhood and the 2 parking spaces were a plus! Close to the mall and historic areas. DC was a short trip away.

The location of the property worked well for our needs. We were in town for a soccer tournament in Stafford, VA, and it was only about a 20-minute drive, which was convenient.Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property was extremely disappointing. It appeared that little to no cleaning had been done prior to our arrival. There was hair throughout the property, the walls were stained and very dirty, and the linens and bedsheets had visible stains—I ended up purchasing my own from Target. The bathrooms were especially concerning, with leftover soap stuck to the holders and hair on the counters, repairs or lack thereof. There were also burns on various pieces of furniture, window blinds in poor condition, and several areas that showed very poor repair..at best. I could go on......Overall, it looks and feels like the owner has stopped maintaining the property. I took photos and videos of everything but chose not to post them. Renters should be cautious!!

Poor neighborhood. Very unclean and you could smell all of the narcotics around the property. Deck had missing boards and was unsafe for any children. Beds need to be replaced and the toilets on the bathrooms feel like they are coming off the walls. Sinks sound like they are going to break and barely run water. A/c took two days to go from 81 degrees to 74 degrees.

Shawn had absolutely no communication with me his entire visit. In fact it wasn’t until I reached out and made him aware that there would be extras fees for the pets and damage he caused that he responded to anything. I’m not surprised at the retaliation in his review. I would not advise Shawn for stays. There was an excessive amount of dog/cat hair everywhere and damage to the couch from claws.
