Newly updated charming house with resort-style amenities and centrally located!

• Guest Count: Be sure your guest count is accurate when you book
• Parties: Are not allowed. Unauthorized parties will result in a $995 fee and subject to immediate termination of your booking.
• Surveillance: Our properties usually have security cameras outside
• Noise: Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially outside between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. These are our quiet hours. We have noise monitors on the property that will alert us to unacceptable levels of noise. Please respect our neighbors.
• Pool and/or Jacuzzi Heating: Costs extra. If desired, request this service at least 24 hours before arrival.
• Internet Downloads: Do not illegally download copyrighted content. $100 fee per download.
• Extras: Extra beds, highchair, and other items may be available upon request.
• Parking: Park in detached garage or in the front of the house but be sure to read the parking signs
• Pets: Dogs only. Require permission and a $250 pet fee.
• Features Subject to Availability: Sometimes stuff happens beyond our control.
• No fire/flame inside: Fireplaces are decorative only. No candles/incense. Birthday cake candles are OK.
• Cleaning: Clean as you go. Leave the home how you found it.

3 bedrooms have their own full bathrooms with 2 bedrooms sharing a full bath. The bedroom with the bunk beds has two twin beds on the bottom and a full-size bed on the top level which is an ideal room for children.

Hot tub heater went out but host was very quick to respond and tried to fix problem.Host was extremely responsive to all questions. House had great character and lots of room for the family. Great location next to the University.

Awesome Historical Home

The home may look historic (which it is), but it has central AC/ heat, wifi, and other modern amenities. Would definitely stay here again given the chance!

Great experience in Tucson

Love the house, layout, proximity to the campus and baseball fields, and General finish of the house. It was very comfortable for our family, and we would highly recommend to other guests.

Amazing abode across from UA

Our group was more than impressed with this house and the service from our property manager. If you want a home that resembles upscale Tucson with classic amenities this is it. This is my favorite home I’ve ever stayed in.

Beautiful, clean and perfect

We were so happy with our stay here. The property is close to U of A, but not so close as to be noisy. The property manager was very responsive. Some issues we ran into were: not enough toilet paper or paper towels, so maybe you should buy your own. However, we did get it replaced by the manager very quickly. The kitchen is pretty but very basic, so if you cook, just note that. One last thing: the hot tub kept turning off, so for the first 3 days we really didn't get to use it when we wanted to. We called and the PM attempted to fix it, but honestly it was never really fixed. It got warm at best, never very hot because this time of year it is cold at night and it would turn off. At other times of year maybe it's not a problem. Other than this, we loved it. Beautiful house, nice bedrooms, lovely aesthetic, close to godo restaurants and a nice place to run or walk. Neighborhood was safe and not sketchy. Thanks to the owner, we were happy to have stayed.

House is wonderful. Lots of charm and very comfortable. The outdoor space is incredible. Location is close to everything. Pictures and description are very accurate, but the house is better in person:) Rented a VW Jetta that easily fit in the attached garage, which was super nice. Host and manager were great in everything they do. Already reserved it for our next trip to Tucson!

This is a charming home and was perfect for our family of four couples. It is close to the campus and downtown. We loved the decorative touches and plants throughout the house. Just a wonderful place for our family reunion. We'll be back again next year!
