Wonderful condo overall. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths perfect for a large family. Spacious and comfortable. We had issues with one AC when we arrived (the thermostat was new and had not been attached to the wall correctly so it was turning off). Host was very responsive and got an AC tech out quickly the next morning. They communicated well throughout. Some smaller issues but nothing that’s a deal breaker. Only a few negatives: 1.) We were only given two keys for unit that sleeps eight? It made coordinating going separate places very, very difficult. Easy to fix —> Host just needs to give 4 keycards. Especially since they’re going to charge for each key that is not returned. 2.) There are notices in email and throughout the unit (even on the keys) that EVERYTHING has a possible associated charge… While most of it is common sense (i.e. just be courteous and not crazy). Still, made my family feel nervous and less relaxed. Would recommend less intrusive notices. I’m here to relax, not worry. You have a damage deposit and you’ve notified me by email. We are good. 3.) Beds are very firm (especially the king), so if you absolutely have to have a soft bed, you want to keep looking. This could be fixed for a minimal amount by having memory foam mattress toppers added to each bed. Again, not a deal breaker… just something to note. In the end, other than only 2 keys, potential fees everywhere, and somewhat harder than we like mattresses, we enjoyed our stay and will book here again.

Ocean Front Stay

The home was safe, clean, comfortable with perfect views of the ocean. We will do our best to book the same location during our next visit to Myrtle Beach SC.

Stay was terrible

A/C wasn't working the first night we stayed the technician came out thr a/c literally worked one day and didn't work the rest of our stay we had to use fans and dirty towels left hanging on the door in master bathroom, carpet was dirty the room to the left had a bad odor tv didn't work in master bedroom nobody came to fix when reported will be the last time I book anything through big fish rentals....
