Welcome to Neptune's Landing!

This gorgeous, new build home is located between Dead Caney Lake and the canals - waterfront on both sides of the home! Only 100 yards from the mouth of ICW makes for great fishing. Fish from the pier on the canal under the amazing, newly installed green fishing lights or take the kayaks a few steps away and fish Dead Caney Lake - a fisherman or woman's dream! With plenty of outdoor furniture, balconies on each side of the home offers excellent sunrise and sunset views l! The yard is treated for mosquitoes, which is a huge bonus here on the coast!

The beautiful interior of the home is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing, yet fun trip. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials and then some, board and card games are provided, smart TV's and much more!

Kayaks are provided - which, you can take on Dead Caney or the canal.. just bring your own life jackets to ensure a safe fit! Crab traps are also provided, just bring or catch some bait! The pier has a fishing light as well!
Or bring your boat, as there is also plenty of room to dock here at the house!

The bedroom layout is as follows:

Primary bedroom - located on the main level of the home - queen bed with en suite bathroom and balcony access
Secondary bedroom - located on the main level of the home - 2 twin beds with balcony access and desk with chair
Upstairs Secondary bedroom - located upstairs - huge room with 1 twin over full bunk bed and 3 single twin beds, with a half bathroom

Sargent Gem!

This property was BETTER than we even expected. We took our son and his friends for a fishing vacay, and the loft for them was PERFECT! Plenty of room, beds, and their own space to hang out after a long day of fishing. The house was absolutely beautiful and having the dock/canal was great for some evening fishing and crabbing. Thank you for an awesome property, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful place!

Property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Love the fishing pier and fish cleaning station. The crab traps are a plus and the kayak although we didnt use the kayak. The place is so peaceful. My family and friends enjoyed our time crabbing, fishing in the pier, hanging out and playing board games. My husband able to launch our boat in the bait shop which is just 4min away and parked the boat in the fishing pier. Highly recommend the place! Kanda the host is very flexible and accomodating. She responds to messages very quickly! All in all we had a great experience!!!

There were 8 of us 5 professionals in their late twenties and three of their parents. We also had a couple of dogs. Great waterfront home (on a canal) that was very clean and met all our needs. It was very well stocked with pans, serving dishes and even spices.We did have to drive 10 minutes to the beach.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and had everything you could possibly need—even things you might forget to pack. It was clear the owners put a lot of thought into making it comfortable and well-stocked.One thing to note (and this was completely my oversight when booking): I didn’t pay close attention to the bed sizes. While the house has plenty of sleeping space, we had 4 couples and only 2 full/queen beds. The other six beds were twins, so two of the couples had to sleep separately. Not a huge deal at all—just something to keep in mind depending on your group’s setup.Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Great Weekend!

This is a great place to just spend a weekend. The house was amazing very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was also very accommodating, with a great layout for a kitchen. If cooking is in the plans, this is the place to be. The upper deck has lots of space. Our weekend got moved inside, because of some heavy thunderstorms. We got some great pictures of lighting; we made good use of the deck. The tables from the local business there in Sergeant, Texas are great. It's on the upper deck and on the lower foundation. Idea for a good poker game or just sitting around. Very quiet and peaceful. The house was very clean and very organized. I got to hand it, to whoever is responsible cleaning the house they do a great Job!

Great Stay at Neptune's Landing

The host was great, and the house was excellent. We fished off the boat dock, caught blue crabs, and it's only minutes from the beach. It's a gated development so very little traffic in and out. You have beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset from this location.

Spectacular family trip that I never wanted to leave from.

Private gaited driveway which allowed for my family and I to have a feeling of security with our children and pets. Very amendable and spacious throughout the entire stay. Plenty of covered parking and pier space to fish. The pier had green lights for at night fishing and two areas for filleting our fish afterwards. Crab traps and kayaks for us to use as well as a barbeque pit. All of our needs in one location. Hope to come back in the future.
