For the avid fishermen and boaters of the group, take pleasure in the private wooden dock and fish cleaning station right in your backyard. Walk upstairs and catch island breezes along with sunset views from the outdoor balcony leading towards the main entrance of the home. This open concept home offers complimenting dining & living areas. The kitchen island offers additional seating for your guests along side the Dining Room table, ideal for entertaining. Coffee lovers can enjoy a coffee station in the kitchen and younger guests could enjoy kid games neatly put away in the living room entertainment center cabinets.
