Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, except for a locked supply cabinet in the garage.

Other things to note
• Large Gatherings: Our property is ideal for events and large gatherings. Please inform us in advance if you plan to host a gathering that exceeds our standard occupancy limit of 5 guests.
• Extra Guest Fee: For gatherings beyond 5 guests, a $30 fee per additional guest applies. Don't hesitate to ask about our occasional 50% discount on this rate during your booking process.
• Extra Cleaning Fee for Larger Gatherings: For events involving more than 10 guests, an additional cleaning fee is applied. This fee will be included in your booking for more than 10 guests. If the final guest count is uncertain at booking, we expect an accurate count at the end of your event, with a fee adjustment request sent via Airbnb, to be paid within 24 hours.
• Parking Information: Parking is limited to a maximum of 7 vehicles – 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and 3 on the street. Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
• Long-Term Stays Welcome: Interested in an extended stay? We offer discounts for weekly or monthly bookings. Please message us for special rates.
• Booking Inquiries: If your desired dates appear unavailable, don't hesitate to reach out. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
