It was a nice stay, and the property manager was excellent for responding to my questions. I will say the aesthetics of outside was minimal, and having the deflated pool and not being able to use the hot tub was a little disappointing; however, the inside of the house was so nice. There were dishes in the dishwasher which we weren't sure were clean or dirty, but that was not a big deal. Overall, it was a nice stay.

We loved the home and the location was excellent to the beaches. Our older kids loved the home too. It was very clean. I will recomme nd a list of items available in the home and more ttash bags. Excellent service!!

22 May Street, St Augustine Fl

My wife, myself , my son and his girlfriend all stayed at 22 May St for 4 and 5 nights total. A beautiful open space kitchen living space with plenty of room and very comfortable furniture. A modern, comfy environment. The bedrooms (2) were spacious and inviting. The single bath had a wonderful and relaxing rain shower head as well as a wand. The water was hot in less than a minute, you could stay there for hours!. The stack able washer dryer was terrific as well since we were spending several days here,. A super clean, comfortable rental. Will book again!!

Nicely renovated, decent location, minor issues that were resolved quickly by the host and accommodating. Location is just north of the historic district of St. Augustine and fairly convenient to transportation means. Note: other guests can rent the mother in law suite / studio apartment if you do not rent the entire house.
