Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, this 2 br, 2 ba guest house with private entrance and garden is located in Paradise Valley Village, north Phoenix. Beautiful property. Quiet and private, new construction Guesthouse.

Our Paradise Valley guesthouse is close to almost everything with many stores, restaurants, hiking trails, lakes, golf courses and attractions in the Phoenix / Scottsdale area just minutes away. Easy access to the 51 and 101 fwys, Scottsdale/Paradise Valley and the airport. Beautiful mountain views, covered parking, private courtyard and private gated entrance.

You will be close to, PV shopping, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park, Scottsdale fashion square, Desert ridge market place and the Musical Instrument Museum.
