Single home, private Association Beach, fabulous sunsets on the Bayside in a quiet neighborhood. Ideal for walks and cycling. Short walk to the beach (4 houses away). Outdoor heated shower after beach or to start your day. Impact windows make for a peaceful sleep at night. Located near restaurants, bars and other attractions. Public Beach nearby on the ocean as well. 2 Kayaks with hand trailers, 2 bicycles and floating devices for the beach are available. Guest room twin beds can be made up as King. Ideal for up to 4 people. Pets negotiable.
