The living space built above a large garage includes a spacious screened in porch, living room, dining area, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and laundry area.

The building is new with energy efficient appliances, ac/heat, solar panels. It is located near the Zenda Farm Preserve walking path and a short distance from Clayton. Of course, being near Clayton, guests will want to explore the fine dining of the local restaurants as well as all the other amenities Clayton and the surrounding area have to offer.

Ships traveling the St. Lawrence Seaway pass in front of the property as do recreational boats. Boaters can launch their boats from a public boat launch nearby.

It shares 200ft of waterfront with the St Lawrence River cottage on the adjacent lot.

Great week in the thousand islands

We loved this property. It was up-to-date, very quiet, great views of the river and boat traffic, and convenient to Clayton and Alex Bay. The sunsets were fantastic, and the screened in porch was a perfect place to watch them. Mary's timely communication with us was also much appreciated. Thank you!

The proximity of the property to the water made you feel as though you were sitting on top of the water. The screened porch overlooking the river was perfect for reading and relaxing while watching the ships go by. There is a running trail right down the road and it within walking distance to downtown Clayton. It is truly a gem!
