M9 Tranquillo - Modern and cozy home in the heart of Ravenna

M9 is a newly remodeled concept design retreat located in the heart of Ravenna.

A 5-minute walk to the cathedral and main shopping. 15 min walk to train station. The 15-minute ride to the seaside. An hour away from Bologna airport.
The space
When you step across the threshold you’ll find yourself in a magical retreat lovingly curated with pieces from the host’s personal collection. Art and objects that reflect her passion for world travel and global culture and design. Pieces that invite you to take a journey to faraway lands in your imagination.

The home features a large open-plan living room/dining room with beautiful, sumptuous textiles and pillows. Everywhere you look you’ll find art and furnishings made by talented craftspeople from all across the globe--including Cuba, Morocco, Africa, and Mexico. Each piece has a story to tell. The large kitchen will inspire your culinary creativity and its connection to the dining room allows for Italian-style cooking--with good wine, animated conversation, and communal joy flowing while you prepare meals.

The location has two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers balcony access to private outdoors and a double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and is light and airy and full of cozy, inviting natural materials and eclectic global art pieces. Both bedrooms feature organic cotton linens. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and is located on the top floor, the same floor where all the bedrooms are located, and is accessible from the common hallway. The powder room is located on the lower level. The bathrooms are both newly decorated and artfully appointed with cotton towels and all-natural bath products.

The property has two security cameras installed for safety purposes in common areas (main entry/living space and backyard - no cameras in private areas of the house) that are not to be fiddled with for any reason. Any damage or adjustment caused by the guest will be repaired immediately and billed directly to the guest.
