5 bedrooms and a second living room separated over 3 floors will give you space and privacy, but all under one roof. The house is equipped with all the amenities including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, beautiful outdoor spaces on a quiet residential street but just a block away from all the Greenlake activity - walking trail, playground, tennis/pickleball courts!

Centrally located:
5-10 min walk to Green Lake, restaurants
10 min drive to downtown, attractions.
Main floor includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 Queen bedroom and a half bath.
Upstairs: 1 King bdrm w ensuite bath, 1 Queen bdrm, 1 twin/full bunk room and full bathroom.

In the basement, there is a second living room with Tv and games, 1 Queen bdrm, 1 day bed, full bathroom and the washer & dryer.

In the backyard, relax on the on the deck or around the cozy firepit.

Green lake stay

Well-maintained property, plenty of space for our family group, ages 19-92!Appreciated the plentiful towels, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, keurig pods etc. It had everything we needed. Will go there again!

Great family rental

Great place that had everything we needed. Such a great location to Greenlake area. You can walk to coffee, restaurants, retail, and the lake within 5 minutes. House and well taken care of and outside has nice outside fireplace area in back.

Perfect Green Lake Home

We wish we could have spent more time enjoying this home. We were 9 members of a family in area for a wedding. The house is comfortable, well furnished and convenient to recreation, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Fantastic stay in Green Lake

We visited our daughter who’s a student at UW and arrived with the entire family! This adorable house in Green Lake was perfect, just steps away from Green Lake itself which we enjoyed walking around several times. Close proximity to restaurants and coffee shops and a short drive from UW. The kitchen was well supplied so I was able to prepare Easter dinner for all of us. It was a delightful experience and we highly recommend this beautiful house.

Wonderful weekend with Family

We were in town for a wedding and I don’t think we could have found a better place to stay. The house is in a great neighborhood with easy walks to restaurants and shopping. It was amazingly well stocked with coffee, tea and even some snacks. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone was able to have their own space. Lots of time were spent around the dining table and living room. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely home in great neighborhood

This home worked out perfect for our visit to Seattle for UW graduation. A tranquil location, but so close to campus activities. We rented a car and drove most places, and parking in front of house was always a available. Excellent and attentive host. Very nicely decorated home and clean! We didn't use the A/C - but a total bonus for a Seattle home (according to the students that visited our house). We have nothing negative to say...only positive!

Family celebration!

We celebrated our anniversary with a family trip to Seattle. Staying at this beautiful Green Lake area house worked very well for the multiple ages of our group. The house was very clean, well equipped, had comfortable beds and bedroom set up, included nice outdoor space and was in a perfect location. We took the light rail to a Mariners game, drove 10 minutes to the Woodland Park Zoo and enjoyed several walks around Green Lake. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and requests. Great property, highly recommend!

Congratulations Graduate!

This "cottage" was great space for a group of friends and family to share. Bedrooms and bathrooms on 3 levels allowed us privacy. Large kitchen and dining room spaces encouraged our gathering for meals and shared fun. We celebrated a college graduation with fun, family and friends. I will use this space again. PS: Don't miss a walk to Green Lake.

Wonderful Home

Staying at this beautiful home made our wedding weekend in Seattle truly special! The decor was charming and stylish, and it served as the perfect space for the bride and the other woman to get ready together. The house felt cozy and inviting, with every amenity thoughtfully provided—from snacks and makeup remover wipes to all the kitchen essentials. The easy freeway access made it simple for everyone to gather without any hassle. The front of the home was picture-perfect, with its brick facade, mature trees, and vibrant fall leaves providing a stunning backdrop for our first-look photos. We couldn’t have asked for a more memorable spot—this place is an absolute gem!
