This unit is great, very clean with recent updates/upgrades. Communication was excellent, no hiccups in checking in or out. The second bedroom has direct access to the bathroom which is very well thought out. The kitchen is well equipped.

The property is RIGHT ON THE BEACH! See the beach, sunrises and moon rises right from the unit. And we even saw a sea turtle crawl up the beach and lay eggs on our final day - amazing! Would definitely come back.

Quiet oceanfront getaway. Enjoyed being close to Surf City, Wilmington and Wrightsville for entertainment but far enough away for a quieter beach experience.

My siblings and I stayed here with our 90 yr old Dad. It was very clean and had all we needed. The walkway to the beach was easy, even for Dad. The beach views were awesome, as were the sunrises and sunsets.I was familiar with stripping the beds and putting everything near the washing machine, but never had to start the wash before leaving. I was uncomfortable leaving it running but we did as instructed.

Overall we had a lovely time. The rear sliding door definitely needs replaced. The water smells of sulfur (whole house water filtration system would take care of that) and there are definitely condensation problems when the AC is running. I would stay here again if there was some attention put on the back sliding door. Thank you.

We absolutely enjoyed our brief stay at this condo. The ocean front location was ideal for a relaxing stay. The views from the main bedroom were great for watching the sunrise from the comfort of bed. The outdoor deck furnishings were very nice especially being bar height so we could enjoy unobstructed views. All necessary amenities were provided for making meals and feeling "at home". Thank you for sharing your property and we will definitely keep it on our list for a longer return visit.

Fantastic location, convenient access to beach, clean, a little over a mile walk to restaurants and bars. Kitchen was well stocked. Twin mattress was not so comfortable but other beds were very good. Only real issue was oven side sliding door was hard to shut and could not get it locked. Elizabeth tried to get handyman to work on it but they weren’t available due to the holiday weekend. I would definitely rent again.

This is a wonderful place to stay, You can watch the water and see the beach right from the living room! The only note I would add is that there is no toaster so bring your own if you want bagels

Our stay at Queens Grant 107B was wonderful. It has an outstanding view, luxurious linens, & a welcoming decor. Our only recommendation is that while the living room door is being repaired, guests would have an easier access/regress through the bedroom doors. We plan to visit here again & thank Karen for her excellent communication throughout the process.
