Property very well maintained. Apartment composed of a large living room with a large and comfortable sofa (can be used as a bed for 2 people), table, 40 inch LED TV and ceiling fan.
Room with double bed box and 01 single bed box, LED TV 20 ', ceiling fan, extra double and single mattresses and 6 pillows.
American kitchen with all utensils (pots, plates, glasses, cutlery ...), blender, sandwich maker, toaster, microwave, electric coffee maker, filter, refrigerator and stove ... all brand new!
Service area with shower. External shower in the condo. Gated community with 24 hour security and parking spaces.
