The space
Private lighted driveway with lots of parking and wrapped around deck with fenced in yard for privacy. Separate poker room with 65’’TV and bathroom, sleeps 2 can be arranged to sleep up to 4 for convenience.
The main house has 3 bedroom, sofa bed and 2 full bathrooms. This space comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Sauna please check with your doctor before using.

Open floor plan with master bedroom on main floor( no steps), master shower with radiant heated floors and waterfall shower, upstairs shower tub with jacuzzi, living room with 75-inch TV, Bluetooth sound system with karaoke, playroom consist of pool table, board games, dart board, basketball arcade, ping pong table, lighted foosball and hockey table, dining room, kitchen with large seated island.

We supply toothpaste, q-tips, toilet tissue, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, detergent, coffee, spices, sugar, sweetener, paper towels, hand soap, garbage bags, dish soap, sponges, towels, kitchen is equipped with baking, cooking etc.

Other things to note
No smoking inside the home. Additional fee will be added if it smells of smoke, or burn mark found on property depending on the damage. Absolutely no burning of such candles etc.

$100 fee will be added to late checkout. Checkout is 11:00am. Any complaints we ask that you reach out on day of arrival so we can rectify the problem asap. I’m sure there will be none but so you understand we want your stay to be happy, comfortable and entertaining.

Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Please pick up and dispose of all droppings in outdoor trash bins. Additional $50 fee will be added for violation.
Please be respectful of noise levels for neighbors. No loud music.
No parties, prom groups, events, or large gatherings on premises.
