Beautiful Property

The Hotel is a beautiful, upscale property. The good: clean, good food, friendly staff, staff daily cleaning service. The not bad but not great: everything closed so early. Rooftop bar and restaurant closed at 10 or 11 every day. Bathroom toiletries were never filled. We did not have body wash or conditioner for our whole stay. Toilet paper was rationed. We ran out every day. Mattresses were rock hard and so uncomfortable for us. We were not aware of a resort fee being charged every day. Parking is valet only. Major lack of outlets in the room.
