Golf cart was awesome! Beach chairs and toys all in garage. Beds were very comfortable. Coffee maker is a filter less one so don’t bring or buy any. Plenty of towels, linens and blankets! The top bunk bed does have a weight limit of 100lbs. Never heard the other people watching tv from our room or living room. Host answers questions quickly. Plenty of plates, coffee cups, etc. Bathrooms have hair dyers. Plenty of storage. Great neighborhood. Convenient to a lot of places.

This was the best stay ever. The house is well stocked, the location is minutes from the beach. The golf cart was a big plus. I used my personal vehicle only once during the entire stay. I felt like I was at home. Well definitely book again.

Always a great time!

We have stayed in 8-10 of these little houses in Laguna Beach and this one was a favorite. The golf cart is a must. House is within close proximity to the beach, grocery and other favorite stops. Check in was easy. Code was ready when we arrived. Beds were pretty comfortable and the house was clean. We enjoy visiting Laguna 1-2 times a year and we will keep this house on our favorites list.

Beautiful, updated house with great furnishings and location—5 stars.Blue Swell management: 0 stars. Unprofessional, rude staff who ignore problems and don’t fix issues promptly.Rented for the included golf cart (pet-friendly). On arrival the cart had electrical problems and completely died at night on Front Beach Road with no lights, nearly causing two accidents. After-hours number only took a message; I paid 50 towing myself—never reimbursed. Maintenance came a day later, said a part was needed, then no further contact or repair all week. I spent another 400 renting a replacement cart. Total extra cost: 450.On departure they charged a 250 pet-hair fee at a pet-friendly rental. A rude staff member claimed I hadn’t notified them of the pet (no standard form exists; you must chase them down) and said I was “lucky” it wasn’t 500. She dismissed the golf-cart issue as another company’s problem and noted managers only meet Wed/Fri—useless after we left. Cleaning supposedly found dog hair and “had to sweep,” raising questions about normal cleaning.Guest guide PDF is tiny-font, contradictory (says both “no pets” and “pets allowed”). Online check-in asks for licenses/guests but never pets/fees. Multiple emails, receipts, call logs, and a recorded call available as proof. Blue Swell failed basic communication, safety, and consistency.

We were very pleasantly surprised about the property when we arrived. Extremely clean, comfortable, and QUIET neighborhood. Highly recommend. No issues whatsoever. And the golf cart that was provided was definitely a plus. We loved it so much that we wanted to, and fortunately were able to, add another day! We plan to return in the future
