What makes this property unique
Perivoli is a place of residence created with the minimum intervention in the natural environment, the preservation and maintenance of the natural space and the implementation of recycling within the farm. We aim for the guests to experience their stay as an experience of contact with the traditional architecture and with the land of Nisyros.
The place is a farm of about two acres cultivated with mandarin, olive, orange and lemon trees. The entire farm has been laid out with ancient terraces, taulas or vastadia for the locals, as a necessary condition for the cultivation of the inclined volcanic soil, a fact observed throughout the island. At the entrance of the farm there is a traditional stone house of 25 m2 where there are the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, screens on the door and the window and a ceiling fan. The kitchen, which is fully equipped, the living room and the dining room are all located in nature, on the farm site, not housed in buildings. Finally, there is a 16 m2 tent with a double and a single bed and a floor fan. The whole farm is covered by internet.
The farm is located above the settlement of Mandraki, on the perimeter, and the location offers a view of the sea and the settlement. There is free parking on the municipal street. Access from the road to the house is through a sixty (60) meter path without lighting. The distance of the house from the settlement is by car ten minutes, while on foot you will need about 30 minutes.
