Westgate Falls Short

The fam loved the skiing although wind had most of resort closed for 2 days. Check in at Westgate was horrid with not getting into our units until after 6 & then finding others' belongings there. Disappointing : waterfalls at adult pool not working. WiFi needs a major upgrade. Had to ask for basic kitchen stuff such as pot holders.
