About this property

Carolina Crest Beautiful Home

Rare find! Three bedrooms and three baths. Could be one level living for two couples or include the lower level for a third couple with its own sitting room and kitchenette.

But wait - it doesn't stop there - so hard to find in the mountains, we also offer an EV charger for your car. The EVF charging station is a level 2, 240-volt SAE J1772.

The main level boasts a wide-open living, kitchen and dining area with fireplace. Also, on this level are two bedrooms (split) and two baths. Surrounding the main living level there is a walk around porch, partially open and partially screened with outdoor dining. This is where you'll land and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.

On the lower level, if you have more than 4 guests, there is an entire "apartment" with one bedroom, a bath, sitting area and small kitchenette. All of this within minutes of town, shopping and dining.

Add to this a two car garage and an outdoor fire-pit for those chilly evenings (s'mores, am I right?)

This property is located in a bucolic area with a beautiful view but within a ten minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. house is updated, clean with plenty of room for everyone - having three bathrooms was a big plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place, great view

We loved our stay. Beautiful views, extremely clean, guest treats, well stocked, just about perfect. Only issue was the master bed was extremely hard, I am used to a much softer bed so my rest was impacted but other than that it was wonderful and I highly recommend.

Fun fall foliage!

Great view of the fall foliage . Very inviting & clean! Welcome s’mores basket was enjoyed under the stars around the firepit. Hope to return to this very comfortable house with the great mountain view.

Wonderful Stay

The home is very clean and well stocked. We had excellent communications with the property manager and enjoyed our stay at the home. It is very close to town which is convenient but if you are looking to have total peace and quiet this is not the ideal home as you can still hear the noise from the major roads. We loved everything about this house and would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Motorcycle riding

The house was just as described, garage was perfect for or motorcycles. Houses clean, plenty of parking, well stocked. This house was perfect for our motorcycle trip and room for our trailer and truck.

Wonderful place for a weekend get-away!

It was such a pleasant experience. We just had the whole place for 3 of us. It was clean very well maintained. The view was breath taking. Would strongly recommend this place, if you could enjoy a scenic Mountain View on a cold breezy morning, sipping a hot cup of coffee! 😊

Great views for a peaceful stay

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and had all we needed. We enjoyed the personal touches and attention to detail. We spent much of our time in the screened porch, taking in the gorgeous views. The EV charger in the garage was most appreciated for our EV. The house is close to so many things-we enjoyed driving to The Highlands and stopping at all the waterfalls along the way. It’s a wonderful property for a getaway!

Franklin Getaway

The house is a great find close to Franklin. I was impresses with how equipped it was. with paper goods. We had three cars there with no parking issues. The back porch had a spectacular view of the mountains. the only snag was our GPS (everyone's) sent us up Rogers Rd which was a nightmare. will definitely stay there again

Just what we were hoping for

This very nicely appointed mountain cabin was everything we were hoping for. The floors, fixtures, and bathrooms were very clean. The house was well maintained with nothing damaged or non-functional. The view across the mountains from the porch was unobstructed. There were no annoying bugs to disturb our porch sitting relaxation. The location was easy to access and convenient to regional forests and parks for hiking.

CAROLINA CREST HOME REVIEW

Everything about the home was as described in the listing. Everyone was very impressed with the home and its interior appointments, decorating and comfort, everyone agreed the beds were more comfortable than at home. It was very quiet inside and outside. The ability to use the garage was terrific. No one had any complaints. Thank you might rent again in future.

The Great Escape

The home is well maintained and very clean. It’s location is easily accessible to highways to nearby towns of Dillsboro, The Highlands and. Bryson City. Franklin has two grocery stores conveniently located near the home. The home is a great escape from the hustle and bustle and offers porches with views of the mountains like that of a picture from a postcard. Great place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend The Dillsboro River Company. Us adults along with our teenagers enjoyed rafting and tubing the Tuckaseegee River. Adam and his wife and staff are wonderful and we would return to raft down the Tuck again.
