Located just 10 minutes from Lake Delta, Woods Valley ski resort and downtown Rome, the farmhouse is on the C7 NYS Snowmobile trail. It is in a country setting, yet close to all amenities. Located just 25 minutes from SUNY Poly, Utica University and Hamilton College. We are a great place to stay if you are in town for an event at Nascentia Banquet Facility, Teugega Country Club, or Turning Stone Casino.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience in Rome, NY and our stay at the Springbrook Farmhouse. I gave 5-stars for all cateogories from communication to check-in/out. The location was perfect for us and the house is quite spacious.The care and attention to detail that has gone into the renovation of this 1800s farmhouse is evident.Bravo hosts Jamie and Tim! This was, hands down, the best VRBO experience I have ever had. This farmhouse is incredibly charming. The host has done an peccable job restoring the home. Every room is inviting and the decor is so engaging. The host lives nearby and is very quick to respond to all messages. Road noise would be my only “complaint”, but we got used to it. If we return to Rome we will definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful and comfortable. The road noise is very noticeable and drops off at midnight. There are 5 bedrooms which are nicely decorated. A couple of the beds slope. We had to straighten out one mattress with pillows under it as we could not sleep on it as-is.The staircase requires focus while coming down. It's a bit steep and has narrow steps. Just be careful, especially with luggage.There is plenty of space for dining and hanging out. The kitchen accommodates full scale cooking. The coffee corner is adorable and conveniently located in the kitchen. We played croquet in the backyard during the day and made s'mores at the fire pit in the evening. The hosts are friendly and happy to help, if needed.We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse for our girls’ high school reunion trip! It was the perfect place to reconnect, relax, and make new memories together. The home was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with plenty of room for our group. We especially appreciated that each of the five bedrooms had its own air-conditioning unit, making everyone comfortable throughout our stay. The location was convenient while still providing a peaceful retreat, and the hosts were welcoming. This farmhouse was the perfect setting for a special weekend with lifelong friends, and we would love to return!
