Decent property but with flaws

Overall the property is fine and at a good price. But the issues we had were as follows: 1) We knew we'd have no Wifi, but the description states that cell coverage is fine. We had almost no bars (occasional minutes here and there of 1 bar). 2) The coffee creamer was spoiled and we were told we wouldn't get replacements. 3) The handrail to the loft was extremely flimsy and also incomplete at the top of the stairs - big gap to fall through. (conveniently not shown in the photos) With the stairs being so steep, we were actually scared going up and down that we'd break the railing and fall. 4) The inside finishings looked like they were hastily done by a child and/or not completed (kitchen tiles/flooring uneven, things half painted, missing outlet covers, missing baseboards, etc) Other small things to note but not the biggest deal - the lights on our deck weren't working and although the listing talks about goats and chickens, we never saw them or knew where to look.
