This is a high standard, modern penthouse apartment (almost 90 sq m) with an expansive balcony (almost 20 sq m) that offers privacy as well as uninterrupted views of the Alps.It is unusually spacious with wooden beam ceilings reaching 5m. A large open fireplace offers cozy evenings

This apartment offers a large open living area, two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms as well as a ski locker and separate store room.

This penthouse apartment is in a small 3 story building (with a lift) which in turn is only 40 m away from the nearest ski lift. It is truly ski-in and ski-out.

Covered, underground parking is provided for 2 cars.

Small supermarket only meters away.

Changeover day is Sunday.
